Who We're Looking For
An exciting vacancy has arisen in our in-house Digital Marketing department. This brand new role is perfect for an experienced marketing executive who is ready to take on more responsibility and have more impact on internal and client marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years solid experience working in an agency’s marketing team, and will have a thorough understanding of multi-channel marketing best practice. You will be able to read, analyse and report on data, as well as be able to produce and interpret bespoke reports for clients and the Directors, that offers suggestions and recommendations to ensure continued client marketing growth. You will be confident in planning, implementing, managing and monitoring ours and our clients’ digital marketing campaigns, and will be able to work cross-department to generate ideas and ensure that all campaigns launch successfully, on time. You will have a strong awareness and proficiency in social media campaigns. You will have a keen eye for detail, and it goes without saying that you will be deadline and results driven.
You will thrive on a busy, supportive work environment, be a team player with a positive attitude, and be willing to support others as well as continually develop your own skills and learning. You will be excited by digital marketing in general, and will be confident speaking to clients about their unique needs, as well as being proficient in marketing strategy best practice, planning, execution, and opportunity and lead generation. You will also be skilled in working with staff from other departments, including designers, developers and the wider marketing team.
You will be able to confidently take the lead on all aspects of marketing, manage yours and others’ tasks effectively, and be key to growing our internal marketing efforts, as well as the success of our clients’ marketing accounts.
You will be looking for a role in which you can continuously grow and thrive, achieving personal goals and targets and constantly developing your role and responsibilities as you become more senior in our agency.

Hybrid remote role - 3 days a week in our Sheffield office - but you can work full time from our vibrant, friendly office if you wish, with a permanent desk.
