The Challenges
The primary challenge for us was the urgent timeline. With the start of the racing season fast approaching, the new website needed to be live swiftly, without compromising quality or user experience. Additionally, the website needed to clearly showcase Rowan’s personality, achievements, and engage both fans and sponsors alike.
Objectives
Rowan’s objectives were clear: to quickly deliver a visually appealing, informative, and user-friendly website that would reflect his racing identity, build his personal brand, and effectively communicate with fans and potential supporters.
Key priorities included updating his online presence with fresh branding colours, providing an engaging and comprehensive biography section, enhancing the usability of his racing events section, and setting the stage behind the scenes for a future merchandise shop to boost fan engagement.
Our Approach
Hydra Creative adopted an agile and responsive approach, collaborating closely with Rowan and his team to ensure the new website reflected his style, ambition, and professional achievements.
Beginning with immediate ideation and rapid development phases, we incorporated Rowan’s dynamic new branding colours to create visual appeal. Our team crafted an updated biography section that presented Rowan’s racing story clearly and engagingly, setting him apart as an emerging talent to watch.
The events section was redesigned, clearly highlighting upcoming races and events to encourage fan interaction and support.
