Collagen drinks brand, Rejuvenated, originally came to us in 2014, looking for an agency who could work with them long term, as their business was growing rapidly due to expanding into overseas territory.
Initially we worked with Rejuvenated to design and develop a fully functional e-commerce website to support their growth plans. We then worked with them to expand and re-develop the initial website, as the growth happened at a much higher rate than predicted.
Rejuvenated supply stockists worldwide, so the design needed to appeal to customers all around the world, whilst keeping to a simple and easy to use format. As the website is e-commerce, it is crucial that the site is simple to use and has high security in the form of an SSL certificate to increase customer loyalty, decrease bounce rate and maximise sales.
Rejuvenated admin required the website to be easy to update, track orders and to automatically update customers throughout the purchase journey.
As Rejuvenated supply stockists worldwide, it is vital that a locator map is available so that customers can find where their local stockists are if they choose not to order online.
WorldPay integration enables online customers to make a quick, easy and secure purchase through the website. The carefully redesigned and streamlined sales process increased sales, and decreased cart abandonment.
Within the shop there is a Sort By: Beauty Goal filter. This allows the customer to choose their end goal, such as beautiful skin, healthy hair, etc., and enables them to decide which products would benefit them according to their query and needs.
After a successful reception of the updated website, Rejuvenated asked us to help them maintain and grow their success through ongoing support and regular strategy meetings covering such ongoing requirements as effectively marketing the website and brand, attracting new audiences and other ways to capitalise on their growing success.
