The Challenge

Lux Bright’s goals were bold: double their turnover within 3–5 years. While their team had already built strong foundations through a proactive sales approach, Lux Bright needed support to enhance their digital presence, clarify their brand identity, and establish consistent engagement with both existing and new customers.

They also required a full suite of marketing assets and tools - from a new website and brand positioning to social media strategy, photography, video, and a CRM-driven approach to communication and retention. The challenge was to bring all of these moving parts together in a cohesive, professional and goal-driven campaign.

What We Did

To lay a strong foundation, we began by working closely with Lux Bright to understand their services, customers, values, and long-term goals. From this collaborative discovery process, we developed and implemented a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that supports both immediate growth targets and future positioning within the lighting industry. One of the first priorities was a brand refresh. We produced detailed brand guidelines and a Tone of Voice strategy and document in order to bring clarity and consistency to all communications, ensuring Lux Bright would resonate with its target market of compliance-focused, local authority and housing professionals.

We are currently designing and developing a new website that will position Lux Bright as a consultative, knowledgeable partner. The structure is being built around user needs, optimised for search engines, and crafted to drive conversion through tailored messaging and professional design. Alongside the website, we are producing a series of promotional and website videos to support lead generation and clearly communicate the benefits of Lux Bright’s lighting solutions.

In tandem with these larger deliverables, we’ve already delivered a wide range of supporting marketing assets. These include professional product photography and image editing, new data sheets, newsletters, and targeted blog content. We also created a tailored LinkedIn strategy, including branded posts and thought-leadership content, and provided consultancy on CRM setup to support segmentation and lead nurturing. All these elements have been coordinated as part of an ongoing, structured retainer to support Lux Bright’s growth ambitions.

The Result

With many key elements of the project still underway, Lux Bright has already started to see the benefits of a cohesive and proactive marketing strategy. With a clear brand identity now in place and consistent messaging across channels, the business is better positioned to connect with its target audience. The updated tone of voice and brand guidelines have helped unify all communications, while the delivery of high-quality product photography, datasheets, newsletters and blog content has ensured that Lux Bright presents a professional, knowledgeable image across all touchpoints.

The strategic foundation we’ve built is already supporting increased marketing activity, and early engagement metrics from content and campaigns are encouraging. As the new website and promotional videos near completion, Lux Bright is on a strong path toward greater visibility, improved customer engagement, and long-term growth.

Our work with Lux Bright is part of a comprehensive, long-term retainer, with many key deliverables still in active development.
