The Challenge

As a people-first organisation operating in a fast-paced sector, CC33 needed a creative partner who could work seamlessly with their internal teams, someone who could understand their tone, respond quickly to requests, and act as an extension of their brand.

While they had a vibrant company culture and a well-defined ethos, their previous visual assets lacked consistency and polish. As the business scaled, so did the volume and variety of design needs, including infographics, internal posters, sales presentations, social media graphics, and large-scale event collateral.

CC33 also had a major website redevelopment underway, requiring a bespoke icon suite to represent services and capabilities in a visually consistent way. Alongside this, a flagship charity dinner event was planned, which needed to feel high-end and cohesive, with everything from invites to event-day signage designed with care and precision.

What We Did

We began the retainer by aligning closely with CC33’s marketing and leadership teams to fully understand the brand: tone of voice, values, visual guidelines, and commercial objectives. From this, we created a structured but flexible workflow that would allow our team to deliver high-quality creative, quickly and consistently, as and when required.

A major early project was the design of a bespoke icon suite to support the launch of CC33’s new website. The icons needed to be visually distinctive but in harmony with the site’s new look, clearly communicating complex services and business areas through simple, elegant visuals. We delivered a full set of custom-designed icons, along with supporting usage guidance, ensuring both usability and long-term brand consistency.

Alongside the icons, we developed a wide variety of marketing and sales collateral, including infographics, pitch decks, posters, and promotional materials. These assets were designed to support CC33’s sales team in engaging prospective clients, visually articulating their services, values, and client success stories in an appealing and easy-to-digest format.

A particular highlight of our work was the design and delivery of all creative materials for CC33’s charity dinner event, which brought together clients, partners, and guests in support of a meaningful cause. To create a cohesive and premium visual identity for the event, we designed:

  • Digital invitations
  • Table plans and number cards
  • Event signage and banners
  • Social media graphics for promotion and live coverage
  • Digital screen visuals and presentation templates

These assets helped create a strong and unified aesthetic across both the digital lead-up and the event itself, ensuring a seamless brand experience from invite to after-dinner speech.

In addition to design, we supported the event through on-site filming and video production, capturing the atmosphere, speeches, and audience reactions. This footage was then edited into a promotional highlights video that CC33 could use for internal morale, social content, and future event promotion, further strengthening their brand story and community engagement.

Our retainer model allowed us to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, giving CC33 the confidence that design and content needs would be met without delay, no matter the volume or variety of requests.
