Independent estate agency MorfittSmith offers expert advice across sales, lettings, and new homes in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. They wanted to increase brand awareness to gain new clients across the full spectrum of house hunters, as well as landlords looking for a full property management service. Our Bespoke Solution 

Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns are an advertising model used to drive traffic to business websites. We ran two PPC campaigns for MorfittSmith. One aimed to increase enquiries from those looking to sell their home in Sheffield, which we achieved by encouraging vendors to book in for valuations on their homes.

The second campaign was to promote the property management services at MorfittSmith to landlords.

We ran both campaigns using a tailored approach, which increased online visibility for local relevant searches, gave MorfittSmith an edge against competitors, and increased brand awareness on relevant websites.

Paid traffic year on year was up 322% at MorfittSmith, with user engagement rising an incredible 568%.

The number of new users soared by 408%, and clicks were up Year on Year by 222%.

Overall, the profile of this independent estate agency was raised - right above the rooftops.
