Megan is a Digital Marketing Executive at Hydra Creative going into her third (and final) year of her Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship at Nottingham Trent University. As the daughter of Hydra’s founders, Megan has grown up within the business, gaining a unique, first-hand understanding of the agency’s values, culture, and services from an early age.

Having officially joined the team in 2022, alongside studying for her A Levels, and transitioning to a full-time role in 2024, Megan has steadily developed her skills across the digital marketing spectrum, whilst also developing her project and account management skills. Her strong work ethic and natural passion for the business have seen her become an integral member of the marketing team, supporting campaign delivery while also leading on her own client accounts and projects.

Known for her confidence and communication skills, Megan is a highly effective networker. Drawing on her deep knowledge of the company and its services, she regularly represents Hydra at industry events, building impactful, lasting relationships and bringing a personal, knowledgeable touch to every conversation. (She even attended her first networking event at just four years old!)

Megan won the Prolific North Marketing Rising Star of the Year award in 2025, was selected to be a winning member of South Yorkshire's Top 30 Under 30 in 2026, and has been shortlisted as a finalist for many more awards and recognitions throughout her career so far. 

Outside of her professional work, Megan is a national semi-finalist in ballroom and Latin dance, having ranked among the top 11 in the UK in her category. Her commitment, determination, and drive carry through into her role at Hydra, where she continues to grow her expertise and make a meaningful contribution to the business.
