Local artist now live to the world

One of Sheffield’s best loved local artists has gained a real boost to his business through the commissioning of a brand new website, designed and developed by Hydra Creative Limited, a Sheffield-based Digital Design Agency. The new website will be a first for Geoff King, who is embarking on his first foray into the online world through his bespoke internet gallery and shop. It will allow buyers to find out more about Geoff, browse a selection of his paintings, and even buy high quality prints of his work through his user friendly online shop.

Geoff’s online gallery is presented in four sections, designed around the distinctive and vibrant style that Geoff is loved for. Visitors can browse high quality images of his work in the areas of Contemporary, Landscape, Seascape and Sheffield, all in the calm and unhurried environment of his custom-designed and built website.

Creative Director at Hydra Creative, Ryan Daniels, commented on the new website: “Before we met, Geoff had no existing online presence, and so he was very keen to bring his business in line with other contemporary artists through the commissioning of a professional, easy to use website that would enhance his work and make it easy for buyers from all over the world to view and purchase prints, as well as find out more about him. As Geoff is a busy artist, it was imperative that his new site was built with a simple user-friendly content management system, meaning that Geoff would be able to update his new site with ease, giving him full control over all the content.
